Clarisse Virgino is a law student, aiming to specialize in international public policy and advocacy. A former local newspaper contributor, she started to smoke at a young age but has now been vaping for almost a decade and found it to be the best way to end cigarette smoking. She is engaged in educating smokers on alternative products as well as the benefits in switching to these alternatives. She is also pushing for the fair regulation of Electronic Nicotine Delivery System (ENDS) or E-Cigarettes in the Philippines. She is a member of the Coalition of Asia-Pacific Tobacco Harm Reduction Advocates (CAPHRA).
